Shipping policy

We strive to process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door. During warmer months, products containing natural oils and butters may soften or melt while in transit. While we take steps to minimize heat exposure during shipping, including seasonal packaging precautions when appropriate, melting remains a possibility during periods of extreme heat. A melted body butter may lose its whipped appearance or texture but remains safe to use once returned to room temperature. Wax melts may soften or sweat during transit without affecting performance. To help minimize heat exposure, we bringing packages indoors as soon as possible after delivery. Dreamweaver Apothecary currently ships within Canada only and offers a flat rate shipping.
